简介

何志华在香港中文大学取得哲学硕士及博士。现任香港中文大学中国语言及文学系卓敏中国语言及文学教授、中国文化研究所刘殿爵中国古籍研究中心主任及中国文化研究所副所长。

研究领域包括中国古代文献、古籍校勘及工具书编纂。目前正进行「《荀子》文献研究计划」（纪念周策纵教授及刘殿爵教授文学基金计划及大学教育资助委员会研究配对补助金计划）。

出版专着多达五十种，包括：《〈荀子〉内部重合文辞资料汇编》、《竹简〈文子〉研究之回顾与反思》、《〈吕氏春秋〉管窥》、《古籍传注异文训诂集证》、《庄荀考论》、《经义丛考》、《〈吕氏春秋〉导读及译注》、《高诱注解发微：从〈吕氏春秋〉到〈淮南子〉》、《经史考据：从〈诗〉〈书〉到〈史记〉》、《文子着作年代新证》等；另发表学术期刊论文三十馀篇，编纂《先秦两汉古籍逐字索引丛刊》及《魏晋南北朝古籍逐字索引丛刊》逾八十种。多年以来主持中国古代文献互联网站「汉达文库」，该网站收录甲骨文、金文、简帛出土文献、先秦两汉以迄魏晋六朝传世典籍、唐宋类书等文献资料约八千七百万字。
